riftQ.com ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://riftq.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. XSRF-TOKEN:	We store the current CSRF token in an encrypted XSRF-TOKEN cookie that is included with each response generated by our Website. This Cookie is used in order to protect riftq.com from spamming and request manipulation especially in forms.
laravel_session:	This cookie is used to determine the website access. It gets refreshed every time you close and reopen riftq.com.
d_access:	This cookie is used to determine wether you are logged in or not. We are using a so called OAuth stack to verify you, without you having to send any private information. This means, that, although you are connected to your discord account, riftq.com IS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO send or retrieve any messages from you, view your password or email address
migration-banner:	This cookie is used to determine wether you already saw the banner of the discord migration we had. It allows a more comfortable use of the site if it is set, since you have important information at first glance.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Stored Data

In order to make riftq work, we need to save data to identify you as a unique user. Therefore we are using Discord as identification system. We also connect your Riot Account (League of Legends Account) to your discord account based on riot's third party authentication. https://developer.riotgames.com/apis#third-party-code-v4 If you wish to get access to the Information, you can contact a staff member on our Discord or write us an EMail to [email protected]

The informations we store from your discord: Your discord ID (e.g. 339433149903929345), which is used to simplify for programs to identify you
Your Discord Name and Discriminator (e.g. Kater#9323) as this make it easier for people to identify you and also discludes the requirement of repetitive process of asking Discord for this information. Your Access Token, which is used to make sure we can verify it is you. This is the data we receive, once you click log in.
A refresh Token, which is also received, when you click log in. This makes sure that you do not have to click log in every 4 hours.
Your Avatar, which is your profile picture e.g. (https://cdn.discordapp.com/avatars/339433149903929345/­a_cdd30f1b3dbe8889e37fe079f3cf55e5.png)

Information storing:
we store this information so we do not require asking Discord for this information everytime. The image is still downloaded by discord anyway afterwards. If you are banned.
The timestamp you last used riftQ. Your account will be automatically deleted after a year of non usage.
Your Description (That you wrote in riftq.com/profile/edit)
The languages that you specified in riftq.com/profile/edit)
A unique ID, that is used by riftQ in order to access data faster.
Your Discord Name and Discriminator gets cached and updated daily.

The things we store about your league of legends account:
Your Summoner Name (e.g. Arkaham) which lets people know who you are and who they have to add on the league client.
Your Summoner ID, as this is unique for each account, with this you can rename your account on League of Legends and we are going to still know who you are.
Your Summoner Icon to make sure people know that the account they add, actually is yours. And it just looks better with an image.
Your Solo-Queue Rank and Tier, as well as your SoloQueue wins and losses. We use the wins and losses to determine if you are a smurf or not.
Your Flex-Queue Rank and Tier, as well as your flexQueue wins and losses. For the same reason.
Your Current Level.
The time we last updated your League Account to make sure it gets updated every once in a while. You can manually update it on your profile section.

The things we store about your DuoFinder and TeamFinder entry: Your preferred lanes.
Your preferred Champions.
The lane you are searching for.
The description that you set.
Previous time of your updated post, so that we can prevent spam.

Your information: We do not receive any data other that the ones we mentioned and there is nothing disclosed which we would be keeping from you. We do not share any data with any sources and it's very pointless if we did so as there is nothing useful regarding it and we do not intend to. We do not send any kind of unwanted emails nor messsages to you and you will also not be aside from our Discord server which you joined which we will notify about announcements, tournaments and giveaways at times.

Matomo

For the purpose of searching and analyzing errors, evaluating usage and deriving measures for the future development of our website, we process your data using the local analysis software Matomo

As this service is a local analysis tool, no personal data is forwarded to the service provider or to third parties. In addition, your personal data is anonymized immediately after collection. Therefore, there is no storage of personal data beyond the first processing step. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest. Processing your personal data such as cookies is helping us identify what is working and what is not on our website.
